Course Objective:
The Basic Plumbing Course is an 5 days theoretical course with some basic practical elements. This course introduces you to Plumbing and teaches all the systems, tools and fittings in day to day operations.
Course Content:
➢ All plumbing maintenance
➢ Cold water systems are repaired
➢ Hot water systems are repaired
➢ Geysers inspected and maintained
➢ Repairs taps and valves ➢ Install a washbasin, shower and WC & Pedestal and bath
➢ Water leaks are detected. ➢ Hidden pipe work traced ➢ Inspecting and maintaining drainpipes
➢ Install a below-ground drainage system
➢ Repairing drainpipes and fittings
➢ Tracing hidden pipe work
➢ Clearing blockages
Assessment Learner will be assessed during the cause of training and all the necessary assignment or home work must be passed with at least 50% before successful certificate be issued.
Certification:
On successful completion of this workshop, learner will receive certificate of competency.
