Course Objective:
This Programmable Logic Controllers Beginner course aims to enable maintenance personnel to be able to understand the Programmable Logic Controller program, make minor modifications to the program and to fault find quickly using both software and printouts.

- Shortcut keys
- Format of Ladder Diagrams, CSF and Statement Lists
- Introduction to IEC 1131
- Use of Timers & Counters
- Connection of field devices
- Special Functions & Blocks
- Program uploading and downloading
- Addressing and Device Number Systems
- Commonly used instructions
- Diagnosing faults using forced addressing
- Configuration, Addressing & Performance Criteria of CPU’s
- Practical Exercises on Plant Simulation Systems.
Assessment Learner will be assessed during the cause of training and all the necessary assignment or home work must be passed with at least 50% before successful certificate be issued.

On successful completion of this workshop, learner will receive certificate of competence signed by our accredited assessor.
